Prachi Agrawal
Founder | Psychologist & Psychotherapist | Life Coach | TEDx Speaker
I’m Prachi Agrawal Agnihotri, founder of Disha Mental Health and Wellness, a practising clinical psychologist for over 11 years, and a passionate advocate for emotional and mental well-being.
At Disha, we believe healing is not just about therapy; it’s about growth, self-awareness, and building resilience. My journey into the world of psychology has been both professional and personal. Born with a rare condition called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita, I’ve undergone close to 25 surgeries and grown through years of lived resilience. This life experience shaped my deeply empathetic, solution-focused, and empowering approach to therapy.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with over 2,000 one-on-one clients and through more than 10,000 hours of therapy, workshops, and training programs across India and beyond. I specialise in working with adults struggling with anxiety, burnout, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and personal transformation.
At the heart of my work lies a strong belief that everyone deserves to build emotional resilience, and promoting mental and emotional hygiene plays a very important part in it, so that people don’t just heal when life gets hard, but also learn how to stay mentally fit through life’s everyday moments.
My Philosophy
Mental health is not just about healing what’s broken, it’s about strengthening what’s working. At Disha, we hold space for both vulnerability and strength, believing that everyone deserves access to tools that help them thrive, not just survive.
If you’re ready to explore what’s possible beyond your pain, confusion, or stagnation, whether as a client, a collaborator, or a fellow practitioner, I welcome you to connect.
